High School: Played for coach Barry Rawlyk at Holy Cross High School in Saskatoon... Was a two-year starter for the Crusaders senior squad... As a senior helped lead the team to a 32-2 overall record... Crusaders won the city and 6A provincial championships... Was named City Player of the Year by the Saskatoon StarPhoenix... Was also named First Team All-City by the same publication... Selected to play in the Players Ball All-Star game, where he also won the slam dunk contest... Led the team and finished fourth in the city in scoring with 17.8 points per game... Scored a team-high 27 points in provincial final victory over Regina Sheldon-Williams... Helped Crusaders win the Mount Royal Tip-Off Classic and Balfour Basketball Classic tournaments in December... Was named MVP at the Tip-Off Classic... Was named to the All-Tournament team at the Balfour Classic... Also named to the All-Tournament team at the Vancouver College Emerald Tournament... As a junior helped team capture the city championship... Team finished third at the provincial championships... Was named City Rookie of the Year by the Saskatoon StarPhoenix... Was named to the All-Tournament team at the Bedford Road Invitational Tournament... Team finished in second place at BRIT... Crusaders won the Mount Royal Tip-Off Classic... As a sophomore and freshman at Marion Graham Collegiate, led the Falcons to back-to-back junior varsity city championships... Played his club basketball with the Junior Huskies... Will graduate in June of 2006.
Personal: Born November 4, 1987 in Saskatoon, SK... Parents are Renato and Marj Brudehl... Has one younger brother, Nolan... Also played football in high school... As a senior the Crusaders won the city championship and were provincial finalists... As a wide receiver, had 27 receptions for 471 yards... Had six catches for 107 yards including a 31-yard touchdown in the provincial final... Says the Paul Pierce of the Boston Celtics is his favourite team.
