Outlook: Scott is an athletic forward, he will be a big contributor in the paint... His best quality is his intensity, which permeates all facets of his game, especially rebounding, defending and running the floor... With one season of Canada West play under his belt, he should feel for comfortable on the floor this year... He liked the idea of playing three more years of basketball as opposed to two so he committed to the Huskies in the spring of 2002.

2002-03 Season: Started 29 of 31 games on the season... Led the team in field goal percentage (.494)... Finished second on the team in rebounding, with 6.2 per game... Was third on the team in scoring at 8.8 points per game... His 730 minutes played were third most on the team... Led the Huskies in scoring three games... Finished 10th in Canada West in rebounding (conference games only) with 6.7 per contest... Ranked second in the conference with 58 offensive rebounds... Started his first career game at Manitoba October 17th, scored 18 points on 7-for-11 shooting... Also scored 18 points at Lethbridge November 16th... Shot 8-14 and scored a career-high 21 points in front of family and friends at Manitoba January 17th... Pulled down a career high 14 rebounds at Brandon October 19th... Reached double-digits in rebounds six times... Led the Dogs in boards eight games... Was a perfect 7-7 from the field in a victory over Ryerson in the opening game at the Naismith Classic November 1st... Had a career-high three steals at Lethbridge November 15th... Grabbed eight offensive rebounds vs. Alberta November 22nd.
