Huskies: Kevin committed to the Dogs the second week of April, 2004... An outstanding shooter, he has deep three-point range... Also has an explosive first step which allows him to drive to the basket... Is also a good defender, and plays extremely hard on both ends of the floor... Will look to improve his strength so he will be ready for the physical play in Canada West... Should be able to earn playing time as a freshman.

High School: Played for coach Barry Rawlyk at Holy Cross in Saskatoon... Was a three-year starter for the Crusaders senior squad... Crusaders had a 35-4 league record during his career... As a senior was a team co-captain and led the Crusaders to a 32-2 overall record... Team won the City Championship and went undefeated (13-0) in league play... Scored 30 points in the first half of the City Championship game, finished with 31 in a blowout victory over Aden Bowman...Also finished second at the 5A Provincial Championships, losing to Regina Balfour 98-91... Only other loss during the season was also to Balfour in the final of the Balfour Basketball Classic in December... Chosen as one of the top twenty seniors in the country, and selected to play in the Adidas All-Canadian Game in Mississauga, Ontario... Named Saskatchewan Player of the Year by the Saskatoon StarPhoenix... Was also selected as the City Player of the Year by the same publication... Named First Team All-City by the Saskatoon StarPhoenix... Averaged 26 points a game, as well as five rebounds and six assists per contest... Led the league in scoring with 24.6 points a game during the regular season... Scored 40 or more points six times... Averaged 35.0 points a contest in eight games against the top three schools in Saskatoon, despite teams keying on him defensively... Scored a career-high 50 points in the final game of the regular season vs. defending 5A Provincial Champion Aden Bowman... Led the Crusaders to three tournaments titles, earning Most Valuable Player honours at all three... Had 43 and 40 points respectively in the semi-final and final of the Mount Royal Tip-Off Classic... Took tournament MVP honours as he led team to the title... Scored 47 points, had 10 rebounds and seven assists in the final of the Coal Bowl in New Waterford, Nova Scotia vs. eventual Manitoba provincial champion Winnipeg Glenlawn... Also dropped nine three-pointers in that victory, earning the tournament's MVP award... Named an All-Star at the Balfour Basketball Classic where the Crusaders finshed second... Helped the team repeat as Bedford Road Invitational Tournament Champions, was also named BRIT MVP... Crusaders became first Saskatoon school to win back-to-back BRIT championships... As a junior the Crusaders finished third in the city, losing the city semi-final to eventual champ Aden Bowman... Had 34 points in that playoff loss... Team finished the regular season in second place with a 10-3 record... Named Second Team All-City by the Saskatoon StarPhoenix... Helped the team win tournament titles at Balfour and Bedford Road, named a tournament All-Star at both events... As a sophomore, helped the Crusaders win the 2001-02 City Championship... Team also finished fourth at the Provincial Championships... Was named Second Team All-City by the Saskatoon StarPhoenix... Chosen as the runner-up to current Huskie Andrew Spagrud as the City Rookie of the Year... Scored 25 points in his first varsity game at Aden Bowman... Helped the Crusaders to the tournament title at Cranbrook, British Columbia... As a freshman, led the Crusaders frosh team to the City Championship and an undefeated season... Was a teammate of fellow Huskie guard Jordan Harbidge on the varsity for two years... Played his club basketball with the Junior Huskies for two summers... Will graduate in June of 2004.

Personal: Born December 25, 1985 in Saskatoon, SK... Parents are Gary and Debbie Hollman... Has two younger brothers, Tim and Brad... Is also a very good student... Was recruited heavily by schools across the country, especially on the east coast... Lists Micheal Jordan as his favourite player... Likes to take on all challengers at the ping pong table.
